240gsm Medium Weight 100% Polyester Customized Jacquard Mattress Quilting Fabric for Enhanced Comfort

• Enhanced Comfort: The quilted layer adds a plush feel, making the mattress surface more comfortable for sleepers who prefer a softer top layer.
• Even Weight Distribution: The quilting helps in evenly distributing the sleeper's weight, reducing pressure points and improving sleep quality.
• Improved Durability: By binding the top layer to the mattress, quilting enhances the overall durability and longevity of the mattress, preventing common issues like sagging or bunching.
• Aesthetic Appeal: Quilted mattresses have a luxurious and inviting look, adding to the visual appeal of your bedroom setup.

• Machine Setup: If using a domestic sewing machine, attach a walking foot to help feed the layers evenly. For large-scale production, an industrial quilting machine is recommended.
• Thread: Use a strong quilting thread that matches or complements your fabric.
• Stitch Length: Set your machine to a medium stitch length (around 2.5-3.0 mm).
• Quilting Design: Choose a quilting design. Common designs include straight lines, diamonds, or waves. For a domestic machine, simple designs work best.
• Sew Slowly: Sew slowly and carefully, guiding the layers through the machine. Start from the center and work your way out to prevent shifting.
